The Everett Clinic has had a great working relationship with Viva! Painting for 10 years. They have worked on interior and exterior projects for us, both large and small. In order to provide quality healthcare, many of our facilities are open 7 days a week. Viva has worked days, nights and weekends around our facility’s hours of operation doing whatever it takes to get the job done without ever interrupting patient care and without complaint. They have painted everything from exam rooms, MRI stations and surgery centers to a 20,000 sq. foot building inside and out. I’ve hired Viva! to paint 2 custom built homes that I built for my family. As a general contractor who has been in the construction business for over 40 years, I’ve seen a lot of painting contractors come and go. I am very detail oriented person and not only do I want quality craftsmanship, I demand it. Viva is cut from that same cloth. They not only understood what I wanted on both homes, they delivered inside and out at the highest level. Simply stated, they do beautiful work. Both homes had a lot of windows with an enormous amount of trim. The amount of prep on the trim and caulking is a massive task. Their attention to detail and how they apply their finishes is impeccable. Not only did it look beautiful when it was first done, the trim looked perfect 11 years later when we went to sell the first house! Their input and suggestions are appreciated as well. I hired Viva! Painting for a renovation of project on a new Grease Monkey franchise I was opening up. The building had been vacant for a couple years and was in need of a lot of work “inside and out”. The former auto repair shop owner left us with a filthy, oily mess! They pressured washed the building and cleaned up all the grease and oil in the shop area. They primed the raw cinderblock building and filled in that porous surface with multiple coats of paint. They prepped and painted bare metal garage doors that looked unsalvageable and they turned out great! The lobby and shop areas look phenomenal as well. They not only researched and recommended the best products for our project, they worked with GM color schemes and how to tie them all together. When the corporate exec’s came out to see the finished product, they couldn’t believe it was the same building! The transformation was amazing and their work is impressive. I’ve owned several Grease Monkeys over the years and this was by far the best paint job we’ve ever had. We not only have the biggest oil change shop in Seattle, we have the best looking one as well. Our customers always comment on how great our building looks and we keep bringing Viva back to keep it looking that way!

We chose Viva! Painting for the exterior of our house last year and absolutely made the right choice. In our initial meeting, they answered our many questions with great patience and thoroughly explained how they would prep and paint our home. They also not only explained the specific products they would use, but “why” they would use them. Their bid price was in the middle of three proposals. We made our choice based on a feeling that Viva! would not only do a good job, but felt our home was important. Their pressure washing, prep work, masking and taping were excellent - no paint leaked through any place. The painting and finish work was meticulous. I live in a12 unit stucco condominium in Ballard. We hired Viva! for an exterior project which included all the outside deck rails, pickets, deck walls, building trim, garage doors, cement foundation and driveway walls. Viva’s prep is highly conscientious and their work is meticulous. Every little peeling spot, hole or crack was scraped, filled, sanded, primed and painted and no one would ever know there was ever a problem. We were very pleased with Viva’s quality workmanship, good humor and pleasant crew. They left our place cleaner than when they arrived and all our neighbors congratulated us on how nice it looks!
